Confused and frightened.

Hi, I have had SVT and have been diagnosed with WPW syndrome many years ago. I also have other issues with nasty runs of "Ectopics" In the last two years they are more prevalent ad lasting for a longer period of time, i.e. about a month at a go and they get so bad that they make me feel very breathless. I get some random beats all over the area of my chest, but the worst ones are the ones in the centre as they come in groups of five or six and sometimes can precipitate an episode of SVT's which result in me going to hospital and having Adenosine to bring my heartbeat back to normal. I feel that wind in my stomach makes them much worse and I feel I want to stretch my upper stomach away from my heart as I feel it is pressing on the heart and causing the beats.... In fact after a run of beats I will feel the wind in my upper stomach gurgle as if it is trapped. At present they are really bad and frightening and though I have been told that they won't hurt me they are making me feel very tired. Does anyone have any suggestions that I may help my situation please. Sorry to be so long winded. Thanks.
