Hi mg -I really dont know very much and Im not sure if this will help you - but saw no responses and thought Id give it a go. If you go to the Atrial Fibrillation community - theres a question I wrote with a few replies. One member has given me a link to a magazine thats in WHSmiths at the moment. It may make interesting reading for you.

I have never heard about calcium, but definitely about magnesium. All should take supplements for magnesium, because its vital for good heart rythm.
