My healing was a journey of it's on. Once I hit the sixth month I saw enormous change in my healing.
Then immediately the headaches and dizziness and vertigo took over. From Ob-gyn to Physician to Neurologist to ENT to... From medication to medication to..... It's weighing me down. Slowing my exercising,,,. I can nolonger take long walks. This feeling of confusion in my head, a throbbing buzzing sound in my head...
I need Jesus.
Anyone ever went through this? For how long? And how did you deal with it?
Kindly share.

That’s strange as I had that immediately after the op. In fact I was sent to ENT whilst in hospital as I had exactly what you described. I took weeks to actually go once and for all. I still get the dizziness and the vertigo and I had my op over a year and a half ago.... things will get better ... just remember what a huge op you’ve had .... x
You are most welcome.... just think positive and remember you’ve had it all out now, no nasty stuff to come and get you. I’m always here if you want to chat. Be well.....
It could be high blood pressure or even a hormonal imbalance.. u may be getting to much estrogen or to little.. i had those same symptoms and it was being caused by high blood pressure..
I'm 6 months post op, still have my ovaries, living with high BP. I am also struggling with vertigo and constant ringing in my ears. ENT can't find the problem. Do suffer from headache from time to time.
I'm glad I'm not the only one suffering from this.
Sorry you are going through this. Your situation is worse than mine because I can function most of the time. I hope you find answers and relief soon! I am 9.5 months post hysterectomy with BSO as well. I haven't experienced the same symptoms as you are living with but I'm not well either and it also started about 6 months post hysterectomy. I am thinking I'm going through a hormone imbalance but family physician, cardiologist and neurologist don't believe my symptoms are linked to my hormones. The gynecologist doesn't recommend any hormone replacement treatment due to the risk of cancer following a 2017 melanoma diagnosis.
I totally understand how you are feeling! I feel alone too as everyone I talk to that have had a hysterectomy tell me how well they are since having had it. I have been going through different things. I read how hormones can do so many things so that is the reason I am thinking I'm going through a hormone imbalance.
I do not want to take away from your post so I will write about my situation in another post. I hope you get answers and feel better soon!
It might be late to get back to you Elaine 6 but it's been crazy. I reached a point and even didn't want to read any more information about hysterectomy. All in all I have accepted, the body functions in its own way. I have stopped fighting and planning for my body. The headache has subsided. I stopped using meds. But numbness in my fingers sends me back to neuro-meds.
I pray you feel better and thank you for writing back to me.
