Hey everyone! I don’t know if I can post this here but we have to decide soon. We were waiting for the pandemic wave to diminish so that we could carry-on with other treatment procedures. So my mother’s cataract is being removed but we haven’t decided on the procedure we have to adopt. Traditional methods, that is, normal surgery may not detect internal damages of the inner eye it seems. I heard about this verion cataract surgery ( jenkinseyecare.com/procedur... ) where a thermal imaging scan is done to analyze the performance of various parts of your eye. This ensures the healthiness of your eye. I’m not sure about the cost difference between these two procedures. This is something I read on the internet. Has anyone come across this procedure yet? Are any of your friends or relatives familiar with this? If you can, please pitch in your thoughts. Take care. Stay safe, everyone.
