Recovery after polyp removal and D and C?

Hi everyone, just looking for some advice please. I had a hysteroscopy last Friday and D and C where they removed a polyp also under GA. A kyleena coil was inserted also. This was agreed in advance to help with very heavy and painful periods with a lot of midcycle pelvic pain. I was expecting a diagnosis of hyperplasia but that's unclear yet and will have to wait on biopsies. Anyone else go through this and how long did they did it take to recover from a polyp removal with coul insertion and D and C? Google advice says no heavy lifting etc for a week or so. I'm on OTC painkillers, have no bleeding at all which seems strange but have fairly bad cramps. I have been given a cert off work for the week and am wiped out after the GA. Cheers and thanks.
