Im on vacation since Sunday, (today is thursday), I worked all week at a restaurant. Walking mainly. Then Sunday morning we drove about 11 hours. Sunday night, I swam for about 30 minutes then next day we were back on road for another 6 hours.. I havent been doing much exercise other than walking since the surgery. Tuesday morning we were headed to Hollywood studios and i noticed liquid gushing out...i was so confused. Went to go check and there was blood all over my panty liner. Changed that and put a pad on (luckily i brought some for my daughter's if they needed it). Walked quite a bit at the park. Rested during lines and had tons of water. Bled more on my pad. Same experience gushing. Well wednesday it happened again (magic kingdom all day, more walking but tried to rest as much as i could during waiting in lines) and today thursday even more. The nurse says because im over doing it. Anyone else had this experience? They advise rest (which today was more rest day, beach day) and ibuprofen.
