Blood thinners and Arnica

Hi

I’m on one of the new anticoagulants and recently had a hysterectomy. I know I am unable to take ibuprofen for internal inflammation, so I was wondering if taking oral Arnica may help but unsure if it contradicts with my blood thinners. Any advice or alternatives appreciated.
