My daily routine, wake up usually about 11 am, have a shower, [best part of the day] breakfast, cup of coffee about 3 afternoon, tea about 6-7, go to bed about 11-12 pm brain far to active, historical research until about 3 am, plain exhaustion drop off to sleep [sometimes?] I have epilepsy, my worst time was ALWAYS morning, seizures 90% time in the morning, so most of medical appointments, etc, go out ALWAYS afternoon. My brain always best early hours of day, speed of brain about 2-3 times normal, but usually EXTREMELY bad sleeper, now aged 67, living on my own for 20 years, ALWAYS miss early part of day, [forgotten what a sunrise is like] it works badly, but epilepsy overtones have ruled my life for so long, had to adapt my life around it, any normal routine forgotten, been so long GP's frown at it! Always been abnormal all my life! I am now officially terminally ill, irreparable brain damage from double seizure, now means doubtful routine will ever change!
