I have high blood pressure, take lisinopril, but my hands/fingers have a mind of their own, I want to use them but they shake, the more angry I get at them the worse they get! I have JME epilepsy it is probably a side effect of the medication, Vimpat and Briviact, that is causing it? I was on Fycompa and Lamictal in January 2017 I was thinking of starting up drawing classes? I had a double seizure in January 2018 fractured skull while transferring one medication to my present [April 2018]. Is there any way of 'calming' my system down? A reaction to AZ vaccine in 2021 did not help, I was even tested for Parkinson's disease, [negative] my hand were so bad? Have anybody had 'essential tremors' from using Vimpat and Briviact?

It is quite normal to have hand tremors as you get older, when you're stressed, tired, anxious or angry or after drinking caffeine (eg in tea, coffee or coke) or smoking for example. If it gets worse or is affecting your life perhaps you should check with your doctor about it.
Thanks piglette, but that sort of answers my question, ok I am getting old, getting my pension in a few months, but I still feel that there is 'somewhere' a steady brain and hands still dwells, I WANT to 'strip' the yuck from my system, find the "real me" inside there somewhere? I really need a BIG change in my life!
