scoliosis, epilepsy and deformed chest

I am 63 years of age, had deformed chest and scoliosis since birth, since aged 14 I have had epilepsy, myoclonic juvenile epilepsy. In February 2017, I fell off a exercise bike, I live by myself, so I do not know how many ribs I broke, at least five; three on the sternum, one left hand side, [about six inches down from arm pit] and one right hand side [again about six inches down from arm pit]. I now wheeze, regularly these broken ribs re-fracture, the ones under the arm pits do not heal! Is there any way of opening the chest adding some sort of rib extensions on the sternum? Ironically I have not had any seizures since April 2018, due to new epilepsy medications. My chest is now like a restricted girdle, restricting my breathing, my heart has always been strong coping with the chest restrictions. I have to sleep on my right hand side, due to the scoliosis affecting my spine. I am putting on weight which does not help my problems either! Any suggestions, or theories?
