Schwannamatosis - sweat - and kidney stones

Morning lab rats! I have schwannamatosis [benign lumps on my nerve roots etc] I also sweat like a race horse at night and have kidney stones {also have JM Epilepsy for good measure as well!} Routine is I have to be VERY careful with bedclothes at night, if not lose a couple of pints a night, my mouth is like sandpaper and VERY DRY and bed and pyjamas become 'slightly damp'! Diet is essentially out of the question as I am on PIP so financially restricted? Would there be some way of sleeping in some sort of sweat cocoon, as my present routine is very costly on bed clothes etc, and rather embarrassing? Being such a rare medical condition, I do not have anyone to swap notes with and share experiences of this condition and usually have to form my own conclusions? I have to drink plenty of water but this forms a 'catch 22' situation, the more I drink the wetter I become, more sweat, the less, more kidney stones? Weight is at present about 17 stone, ideal weight about 13 1/2 stone? All intelligent suggestions welcome?

Looked up schwannamatosis on google. The only advice is you have to do your own research on yourself.

amaravati.org/dhamma-books/...

Meditation – A Way of Awakening by Ajahn Sucitto is a free download. Meditation and mindfulness is a tool for looking at yourself and how you function. The tool with practice will allow you to become more sensitive so that you can find what works more effectively and what causes you potential difficulties.

Having Alexander Technique lessons is another tool with which to develop skill to investigate yourself.

alexandertechnique.com/

or alexandertechnique.co.uk/ have teacher listings in UK

can give you more details.

You are on PIP so the Alexander lessons are affordable. You may have to do some extreme budgeting so that you can do the investigation to see if it suits you.
