Red spots on my eye test?

I had two seizures in January one after another, ended up with two black eyes, and my glasses were broken, I had my eyes tested, and they found a couple of very small red spots in my tests in my left eye, there is a difference in my vision in my left eye, and I'm getting new glasses. Any ideas what these tiny red spots are, they showed in their machine, not visible from looking into the eye?

Best to ask your optitian or your GP. But are you referring to the machine that flashes small red dots to check your field of vision?
