I have fibromyalgia , arthritis , Copd, major depression , anxiety, can sleep if luck get two hours sleep may body just wants to give out. I am a walking bomb ready to do much pain

It sounds like you’ve got a lot going on with your health and it must be hard to know where to start. I can’t advise you personally but I know that as far as fibro goes, Doctors really aren’t sure how to treat it. As a result it becomes very frustrating both for them and you as you go around in circles trying to get somewhere.

There’s an excellent and well researched book called ‘Fibromyalgia- a journey towards healing’ by Chanchal Cabrera which I think you’d find helpful.

Try acupuncture as mine related to heart .Also some of problems can be side effects of not spreading out your medication.
