my depression is really bad told doctor i could kill myself or kill someone norfolk is no good i need real help before its to late

Has your doctor referred you to a psychiatrist? Has the doctor prescribed any antidepressants? Have you any family members or friends who can help you with contacting the medical system on your behalf.

Keep contacting the doctors so you get help.

Recognition and diagnosis is a step to management, help and treatment.

Going to see psychiatrist next week can't take antidepressants as on hormone treatment only have diazepam family don't help not close to them

Relived you have a pdoc appointment soon. The one plus point about not being on meds yet is that the doc will be able to see how things really are for you,

Good you have an appointment. The other replies here should be helpful too. Try good breathing techniques and good intention both are on YouTube. Hopefully that could give you inspiration, distraction and a direction.

You can ask for admission to hospital if there is a real danger of self harm. If your GP won't cooperate you should call 999.

Sorry you're feeling low. You're definitely not the only one. It's partly to do with the time of year. And i know hospital can be so BORING - they really need to work on their therapies and just helping people feel better. You would at least get a rest, though. not good drinking with meds really low need to leave no where to go stuck and need to end it. are you ok?

No, please don't drink alcohol; have something nice and healthy instead. You may be physically run down, and vitamins can help you

i am having vitamins but just knocks me out with the alcohol and helps me forget

not really thanks for asking drinking with meds can't sleep at night just day time find it hard to go out in day how are you ?

Get a pen, pencil and some paper. Start writing ✍️ “stuff”. Words, sentences, drawing or outlines. Start looking at identity, recognition. New roots for YOU. Your psyche is YOUR person. Stop comparing. It’s a journey. The id means identity of SELF. The ego means your PERSONA. The vehicle 🚗 you go around in. This all needs to be taken care of. Hospitals don’t do that. You can. With meds. Along with Help. Nature gave instinct and intuition to help with this. Use them.

Alcohol dulls the senses. You need your senses to get better. Don’t do alcohol, drugs or rock n roll. Do water, exercise fresh air nature and music 🎶 all types even rock n roll. ROCK!

Do you play guitar?

This is your first step. Anything you don’t understand - look up on the web - since you’re on this HealthUnlocked I assume you are - pr’aps a me duh 🙄 moment. The World Wide Web is good with discernment.

GO ON find who YOU are..

If family friends absent I’m assuming your formative days weren’t good. Look at parenting books to see good ideas about parenting and understand behaviour. Once you’re there you could HELP others later. Start a group etc.

Nature gave instinct and intuition to help with this. Have faith in this/nature.

‘So tired’ - what do you mean? Can you give more background? Any explanations for it? Any causes? Any pattern? Does it change through the year? Started with certain medication or not as the case maybe. Any timeline? Any event that caused shock? Your depression ie ‘depressed being’ started then or got significantly worse?

Diagnosis is important and may need medication plus a combo of social treatment eg psychotherapy plus self help.

Sort this but also importantly compartmentalise it. Thoughts are like exercise it needs to be disciplined and boxed correctly so they don’t take over equally they are not denied. Sort and move on. It may need help but you could start yourself.
