i have anaemia, probably caused by a stomach /intestine bleed, symptom: blood in faeces, fatigue -- i was improving in health after 3 weeks but regressed, now i have quite a bit of kidney discomfort also smelly farts and some dizziness...getting a bit fed up nqw

You really need to be talking to a doctor about this. If you are in the UK, NICE guidelines recommend having a test for Coeliac disease in cases of unexplained aenemia.

thanks for reply, i 60% that i was taking Ibuferon for too long a period,, not using it now though. colonostomy test in august
