Welcome Annasan to the group. I have CHF, pulmonary hypertension and copd with asthma over and SLE. I live in the USA. We are here to help each other so dont' be afraid to ask your questions or just vent if that is what you need to do.

Thank you Lorbic for your welcome. I feel a bit of a fraud when I read what you're suffering with as my Angina is currently controlled with medication. However I also have SLE which is quite a coincidence. Today I don't have much energy so am relaxing with my Kindle.

You are not a fraud, I have had angina and I had to wear nitro patches at one time to prevent it, now I just use the tables whenever I have chest pain or SOB. i have a lot of days when I'm low energy so I understand how you feel. I know that there are people out there a lot worst then and that is what keeps me going on my bad days. Have a good rest.
