Hello!I'm curious if anyone has suggestions on meals that are healthy, filling, and easy to eat. My main issue is not stomaching it when I should eat the most. No allergies, just anxious! Breakfast is the hardest.
Also! Are there any snacks that its ok to eat at night if I wake up hungry? Open to meal prep!
Breakfast i stick to simple items that work easily and quickly between my Zytiga and Prednisone doses: Nature's heritage cold cereal with milk and fresh berries, or hot 10 grain cereal, or Greek yogurt with manukka honey, fresh berries, Chia seeds and fresh ground flaxseed. I have one poached egg and toast every 2-3 weeks. All quick to make, easy on the stomach, and shield against the harshness of the meds. (I make the 10 grain cereal the night before and just heat it in the microwave with a little water). I stick to organic and high quality ingredients and products at all times.
Breakfast is definitely the hardest , I make a pancake mix which will last a few days in the fridge and have them with a drizzle of maple syrup, if needing something more filling will add yoghurt and berries or I make my own Granola where I add dried coconut, rasins , mixed nuts, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and maple syrup- again this will keep for a few days in an air tight container.
