Hello, have lovely day, some of the members of this group who live in the United Kingdom, know that it's panela. They have recommended it to me since they say it's an unprocessed product and that it's a better option than white sugar and brown sugar and that its flavour is much better than these and that it has a nutritional contribution and is a natural sweetener. I'd like if someone from the United Kingdom has tried it and told me what they thought

I have not tried Panela, but looking on line it does appear to have a lower glycemic Index, I have attached this link below - hopefully this will answer your questions.
