Low Carb Eyesight

Hello Healthy Eaters,

I've been low carb for 6 months now and have experienced a great improvement in my eyesight. So much that I needed a new prescription. Additionally, the gray in my beard is turning more brown. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

That’s really interesting! My eyesight is ok so nothing to improve on that front. I do notice it’s much better for my sleep and cognitive functioning….

There is more to my story. I am also High Fat moderate Protein. Typical meal is 6 eggs scrambled in bacon fat with heavy cream and cream cheese and 5 slices of bacon.
