Today’s Lunch: 1-21-23: Cottage Cheese and Fruit Salad with Greek Yogurt

This is a fruit salad with cottage cheese mixed together. I had a Strawberry Greek yogurt on the side. The fruits were: mandarin oranges, apples, blueberries and pineapple chunks. The total amount of carbs are: 67. Everything was really good and refreshing. Very healthy and filling.

Oh lovely, that sounds delicious Leah, last night I had strawberries, raspberries, a plain no sugar soya yoghurt and added a soya cherry yoghurt - I really enjoyed it and by doing it that way I was reducing my sugar intake
