This was my breakfast this morning. Porridge is one of my favourite breakfast and I like to vary how I cook it , today I chose to make a baked version. It's high in protein and packed with berries, will be full till lunch time and no need to snack in between.
Serves 1,
2 Tbs porridge oats,1 Tbs hemp seeds,1 Tsp chia seeds, 1Tbs peanut butter,1 Tbs desiccated coconut - mix all with milk. Top with a handful of frozen berries. Bake at 200 degrees X 15-20 minutes. Serve with slices of banana, quartered fresh strawberries, yorgurht and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Honey or maple syrup optional. Can use gluten free porridge if desired
I enjoyed it!

That’s a good idea, I’ve never baked porridge. I have 40g porridge made with water most mornings with a handful of blueberries and a chopped banana. I might try your baked porridge at some point.
Have a go, you have nothing to loose . I love my porridge , just for variety , I like to cook it in different ways and add and top with either fruit or seeds etc
