This is actually pretty healthy breakfast even if it is processed. Kind oat bar, almond milk (I prefer cashew almond), pour over coffee, mangoes.

Everything sounds good to me with exception of the almond milk as it makes me fall asleep so I have to have it in the evening and not the morning. It looks like a good breakfast .

You could have any milk. Whole milk is actually the most nutritious. I like forager cashew which is actually cashew and coconut.
