how NOT to make Scrambled Egg..... Put a 'knob' of Butter in a small Saucepan, add a 'splash' of Milk, break three Eggs, straight into the pan. Place over a low heat and 'pierce', the yolks with a wooden spoon- allow to warm, for a few minutes before stirring well. Up the heat, in stages, whilst stirring frequently...... Enjoy 'Beautiful' Scrambled Egg! Seriously this really Does work well,
I just had 'mine' with Ham and Bread & Butter..... Give it a 'Go', you won't be disappointed.
