Today I am having simple dish of cod fillet with baby broccoli, and sautéed mushrooms with tomatoes and red onions. I love some avocado slices and mixed fruits on the side.
Dessert: Green Smoothie with kales, kiwis, pineapples, and mangos.

Are Sonya and Lucy getting cod in their bowls as well?
This morning I really enjoyed a breakfast hash that I made myself with sweet and red potatoes, kale and a tin of baked beans with breakfast items in it.
Baby is well and better tempered now the weather is cooler!
We are staying home tomorrow to stay away from the fathers day activities and making a roast chicken dinner here and Baby will get the skin in her dish.
I enjoyed a bowl of strawberries and cream as well today.

Yes everywhere is busy this weekend and we do stay away from the crowd. My mom is going to cook up a storm tomorrow and my relatives are coming too. I am going to make some fresh chia jam jars for my Dad as his gift since he doesn’t want anything from me. 😅

I had an avocado with raspberry jam, hard boiled eggs, pumpkin seeds, banana and pineapple. Simple healthy lunch not too exciting😅. I'm spending more time in the kitchen these days so let's see if I come up with something new🤨😁.

Yes that’s all great, but it is so flavor dense that it overpowers everything else. I tried it before in a smoothie and I really had to push myself to finish it. I’d rather leave it out

I just got back from my parents for Father’s Day party and took home some leftovers steamed ginger fish and spring rolls too. I guess I have some for lunch tomorrow. 😋👍
