I had late lunch with my friend so I decided to make Sunday Dessert ๐
Main ingredients: Taro, snow fungus (picture) and Gingko nuts with rock sugar. It is healthy and fulfilling as my Dessert/Dinner. Snow fungus is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Gingko nuts are very good for memory/brain health.
