Well done everyone, we've made it to the end of the week
Today is a day to reflect on how you feel after a sugar free week. Hopefully a bit more energy and fewer cravings!
It's a good day to assess how you want sugar to feature in your life long-term. Will you be 100% sugar free, or will you not mind if a tsp sneaks in here or there, as long as you're overall low sugar?
I'd love to hear your feedback on how you got on with the challenge, as I may tweak it to run again in January.

Well, because I had a pacific health problem in mind. And had done some research on it. I found the challenge most interesting and not difficult to do for the 7 days. I plan to carry on for a few more days, maybe even complete another week. But then will have to start eating the breaded GF chicken in the freezer once a week until finished. Unsure if I’ve gained energy as I have CFS. But I have lost a couple of lbs which has been a bonus. And I do hope another Sugar challenge will take place in January.
Hi Cooper27. Congratulations to all of us at the finish line of sugar challenge. 😁🎉👍 It is very important to be aware of the amount of sugar in our food and beverages. If people have health conditions, I think it is crucial to know. For others, I think we can enjoy a little bit of sweet treats here and there but make sure to curve our meals. For me, if I plan on having a sweet dessert, I wouldn’t eat too much carbs/calories meals in the same day. I drink green juice and plenty of water to flush out of my system. Have a wonderful rest of the day! 😊🙏☀️🌺
