Comfort food

Hi there I found myself since October eating foods that aren’t as healthy since my break up lots and lots of eating out tons and tons of sweets on a daily eating candy bars and donuts in the morning for breakfast.

instead I’ve been redirecting those hungers to Oriental snacks, food & fruit

Shakes can be annoying but they are not the enemy it is not only a quick way to absorb food but it also can be super healthy yet sometimes I do slip and have a cookie late at night i’ve also been trying to redirect those late night snacks to just a liquid like water, juice, or tea when it becomes overwhelming exercise is key

Hi there, I'm sorry about your breakup. In the daily diary on the weight loss forum, you'll find lots of support from everyone sharing their food plans, and they're talking about emotional eating too today. Take care 💐
