Since having my op for stage 4 oc I was informed after my last scan that I have a hernia which causes my bowel to press through on to my abdomen which is giving me the severe cramps you are referring to. Wondered if in the past 6 months you have had op although can have hernia without op.

Stage 4 Ovarian cancer operation is what I believe @Madmolly is speaking of maybe. And I’m sorry you are having pains from the hernia.
