Dear all,
It was difficult not obsessing over calories but I managed to eat healthy, eat mindfully, eat when hungry and eat everything I wanted - I even ate mince pies and everything Christmacy - which was out of bounds. Plus I have not put on weight - which is great - I will keep an eye on weight and follow your above suggestions. I think the NHS app is good to loose weight and create new habits but we have to be less dependent on technology -where possible - thanks a million for your responses - I like this website because people reply to it when they have gone through the same thing.
