NHS app

Hi to everyone and thanks to everyone who responded to me regarding my allergies and loosing weight. I am glad it was a scare.

For one month now I think 6 weeks I have downloaded the NHS app and registering the meals I eat. I only eat the 5 small meals and register them as breakfast lunch dinner snack and drink and the app counts the calories. I drink water at other times. According to app I can eat 1457 calories per day for the 3rd week I tried eating 1200 calories a day and it worked.

Now after 6 weeks I have lost 1 kg and no stomach aches - water helps. Plus I am developing good habits of eating - this pandemic has made every one .,. - this app doesn't count carbs as one person wanted - may be you can suggest that to NHS in the comments.

Thanks to everyone again for helping me.

The NHS app can be found on Google play for android phones
