I'm going to add some simple one pot really easy nothing hard to do and use a few ingredients for this meal.
I used a slow cooker and all easy preparation/ingredients.
Mainly for those wanting a meal simple and easy may be started to cook, but not sure what to eat.
CHICKEN SPINACH AND CHERRY TOMATO RAGU
Need following:
Chicken thighs drumsticks legs any of those be fine.
Two per person.
One onion use frozen or fresh .
I used one cup measure..
Passata jar 690g or use carton 500g.
Fine to use with herbs garlic or even a jar sauce time saver.
Tin cherry tomatoes.
Corn flour one tablespoon.
Spinach frozen. used three cubes in microwave cooked and drained well.
Used spices Turmeric Paprika, Cumin, Coriander.
Herbs Italian mix. half teaspoon each..
Note: Can get spice mixes your favourite or add anything spice herbs you wish to.
I do this with various herb spice mixes.
Need blender here or food processor also roasting tin tray with a lid oven roaster.
Useful to get meat seared started Oven then transfer to slow cooker along with sauce portion of ..
Method:
As mentioned add meat olive oil to a roaster with a lid into oven for half hour to seal medium temperature.
Blender add Onions, Passata, spices herbs, cornflour touch water blitz up portion to slow cooker.
Might not use all:
Add Chicken Slow cooker and Cherry tomatoes switch on low heat setting four six hours..
Last hour microwave Spinach few minutes drain add to Slow Cooker cover another half hour serve.
Could add rice or chickpeas.
