I thought the other day love my Bolognese made with Beef Rib and lovely as it is.
I do have this recipe for Turkey Thigh Mince.
Needs so uplifting so is lighter and of course low in fat.
Use slow cooker and few short cuts cheats and soon have an instant freezer meal.
Serve this with Penne, Fusilli or any long Pasta whole meal fine no Spaghetti sorry.

INGREDIENTS
One pack Turkey Mince 500g .
One pack of Soffrito mix .
See notes.
One jar of Passata 690g.
Herbs Italian mix.
One teaspoon
Chilli flakes half a teaspoon.
Stock cube made up to half a pint please adjust this might need less or more.

Worcester sauce a dash.
Tomato Puree one tablespoon
Tomato Ketchup one teaspoon
Notes I use not much stock with Bolognese usally make it thick to hold Pasta.
Soffrito mix is a mix of Carrot, Celery Onion buy already done chopped and in supermarkets.
Often small bags, I buy a lot.
Reason useful for instant soup and Pasta sauces.
METHOD
Switch slow cooker on low setting.
Add Mince Soffrito mix and Passata, herbs, chillies stock puree tomato ketchup to a bowl easier.
Layer up ladle then know how much with out spillages.
Anything else stock .
On four hours .
Serve or chill freeze bags zip soup sauce types now available.
Can add Parmesan if you wish to or Pecorino.
Notes Pecorino is a sheep cheese from the South Italy.
Sharp tangy great with chilli based sauces.
