What to eat this warm sunny weather some ideas for you all.

BBQ CHICKEN SANDWICHES WITH ROASTED RED PEPPER MAYO.

Need ready to cook BBQ Chicken Oven thirty minutes around 200 fan .

Find these in the supermarket ready to oven roast.

You can buy them already cooked ready to eat.

Adjust timings.

Blender one jar Red Roasted Peppers drained and blitzed up.

Add Tablespoon good mayonnaise.

Brioche buns or burger buns any good bread roll.

Out of oven cool slightly to handle shred fill buns with Chicken top with Red Pepper Mayo.

ITALIAN SAUSAGE SANDWICH WITH CHILLI RED PESTO MAYO.

Need Italian Turkey spiced Sausages or use any good Turkey Sausages or use Chicken spicy ones available.

Oven thirty minutes low temperature used 150 fan just to colour roasting tray of just grill till browned over.

Blender Red Pesto blitz with one table spoon of mayo.

Spread on a bun add Sausages out of Oven cooled slightly sliced.

Or other add slices of Red Roasted Peppers to Pesto add Mayo and blitz spread on buns use hot ones so wish.

I tend to wrap these in tin foil and cut in half on the diagonal looks presentation makes a difference.

Use both relishes a dip Celery crunchy veggies so on.

Chicken Burgers use both relishes and use Turkey ones Burgers ideal for this .
