So I finally decided to start a new diet and dedicate my time to healthy eating and a strict exercise regimen. Tomorrow I’m going to the closest store (CVS) to buy some supplies... Any suggestions for what I should purchase? I’m thinking some healthy low calorie snacks that I can make a part of my diet plan since I can’t make my own meals or plan them...
