Good morning everyone, I woke up early and with a healthy appetite this morning so I cooked this, it's sliced nut luncheon cooked with organic mushrooms and baby plum tomatoes. I had it with one extra large local free range egg scrambled on 2 slices of home made gluten free seeded bread toasted. The nut luncheon is compressed peanuts with sea salt and fried gently in olive oil is wonderful.
This contains around 2 portions of my 5 a day so I'm happy with that and washed down with a nice mug of tea I enjoyed my brekky today... π
