Welcome to the group, Francissprenger . Thank you for letting us know what you have a question about for your friend. What did your friend’s doctor say about a weight loss diet plan and/or exercise routine? Does the friend have any allergies to certain food/drinks?

I think it's meant as a joke, not really for a friend :)

Nevertheless, the “friend” needs help and advice 😀

Yes, I think my "friend" needs some help today too. Especially after leftovers day :)

I did really well last year, not really tempted by anything. This year has been different and I actually can’t wait to get rid of all the sugar/chocolate out of the house and get back to normal. (I’d forgotten how refreshing cold trifle is for breakfast 🤭)

Trifle is a top breakfast food 😋But glad it is finished now so I can get back to normal eating 🤓

I feel the same but still living in hope that I will be the best I can.... we’ve all been there. Never give up hope one day our dreams will come true but we need to work at them 🤔

My jeans were baggy but not quite so baggy today! And my eczema has flared up after a couple of weeks of more sugar than usual. Glad to be back to my normal food today 😀

No, No Neither of Us has 'Put On' THAT Much Weight....It's just that our XXXL trousers aren't as Big as they Used to be, NOT 'Our Fault' at all🤭.

As regards A Friend....Yes Do ASK him, or her, to help you 'Do Up' your button- After all, the Fault, is with those Silly Trousers.....🤷‍. A Belated Merry Christmas and a
