Add 4-5 large dollops of high protein fromage frais to a fairly high sided cereal bowl. Spoon out a really good tablespoon of smooth peanut butter. Drizzle a generous amount of organic honey over it all then blend slowly with the back of a large spoon. Ready to eat! (Of course you can add fruit, soaked seeds etc but it's delicious just in its basic form). Give it a try!
