Hi everyone, this morning I baked some gluten free bread rolls and a large loaf so for lunch I had a nice freshly baked seeded roll. For the filling I used nut luncheon salad with grated beet yeast extract and a splash of mayo and it all complimented one another I thought.
I can't eat marmite so eat a gluten free alternative yeast extract and mayo with the lettuce and beetroot. And thats what the filling is.
Nut luncheon is also wonderful lightly fried in olive oil for breakfast or with a salad and I buy it in my local whole food shop and I know that H&B sell it.
And thanks for your compliments as sometimes things don't quite go to plan...π₯... LOL.

Thank you Jerry for your reply. I'll have a look for that in Holland and Barrett when I'm in the City Centre next.
I do mean what I say, you do incredibly well with your baking and your bread always looks delicious.π
