Long Lost Family Twins

I'm watching the programme and who would have thought that they would carry out a body scan on twin Chinese girls that first met when they were 10.

What they were talking about was, no less, the Gut Biome. We are moving forward and soon well be able to heal ourselves for certain conditions purely by what we put in our bodies.

Fascinating.😆

Good morning Alicia, this sounds really interesting and I for one look forward to hearing how you get on with your gut biome books.

You must have been in your element watching this. 😊

Hi Jerry

It was so very interesting as they are now finding out more and more about the Gut Biome and how it can make you either ill or healthy and is a contributor to certain illnesses.

I will definitely report back on the books.👍

Gut Biome articles and programmes are interesting, and glad you're enjoying that programme about the twins. I've not seen it, but it sounds interesting.

Hi Cherv

It's amazing what they can do now with science, it's amazing. It's so interesting and I didn't realise that the Police use the Gut Biome but at the end of the day it's individual to each person.😀
