A good starting point is to think about what healthy eating actually means. Go through your cupboard, fridge etc and grade the foods in your mind from the the healthiest to the most unhealthy. I'm not judging you here, just suggesting a personal exercise. Remember everything that's in your larder will go in your mouth at some point, guaranteed.
The next stage is to think about what you can choose at the supermarket that will improve what is in your larder. Such choices are easier if you live alone, obviously family can slow down your changes.
The next question is what are better food choices. I think a common thread that everyone agrees on here is reducing if not removing refined foods from your larder. Depending on so much that in itself is a big ask so I will stop there.
