High protein lunch

Refried beans, rice with soy sauce, and 3 ounces of chicken. Took a 30 minute walk before lunch. I worked up an appetite I guess.

I love refried beans, they are always done and no fat but you can add a little butter. A few greens or a V8 would round out that meal.
