This is fantastic! I had salad with cheese, red pepper chopped, ham, tomato slice,roast beef and dressing with no bread ( I went to a coffee shop that took a sandwich and left the bread out). I also had some low fat chips and diet soda on the side. Very low carb high protein meal (50 carbs.).

That looks nice..and I like the idea of the blue cheese dressing.
