Have you tried the LCHF diet. You will lose the fat wherever it is.

There's a LCHF forum right here on HU.

I would personally recommend LCHF, especially as I seemed to lose internal fat first, reducing midriff rather than bust - first time that’s happened on a diet, usually the boobs are the first to diminish. Don’t know how anyone reduces the post birth catbelly, even 30 years later, but I have read a theory that the extra skin is surplus protein that can be reduced by intermittent fasting (not something I’ve tried).

Warm welcome, Wkdc 🌼 ! . . . 👋

Understand 😌 🙏. Struggling to reduce belly fat is "a pain in the 🌙🌙". . . . 😂

I know . . . I know . . . we try all sorts of things yet disappointingly see no results. 😔 You may already be aware of these thoughts, Wkdc, but just in case they’re noted here: (I’d found them useful to reduce belly fat (visceral fat).)

I've lost 58lbs of weight, 20% of body fat but I have had to come to terms with the fact I will have to live with my belly! Or somehow get £7000 for surgery. Despite now fitting in to a size 12 (from a size 22). I've still got 28lbs to lose and maybe it will shrink a bit or tone up over time but it's never going to be the same as when I was a teenager!

But I feel fitter and look great in nice clothes!
