As I am recovering from pleurisy I am trying to eat healthy and get back to normal although the brain is willing the body doesn't always follow. My plan for today is

Breakfast - scrambled egg, tomato and 1 slice of wholemeal

Lunch - crustless quiche

Dinner - roast chicken, potato & celeriac dauphinois, carrots

Dessert - apple betty and yogurt

Hi Secondlife, I hope that your recovery from pleurisy goes well and your days menu plan sounds great to me and being a healthy pudding fan I love the sound of your desert.

I also hope that you stick to your healthy eating regime as its you who will reap the benefits...😊
