I tried to go LCHF yesterday but ended up with a bad headache. I do suffer sometimes with them so not sure if it’s connected. Do you feel a bit bad for about four days? Then it gets better? X

If you're doing induction, it's completely normal to feel a bit weird for a few days. There are ways to alleviate it (slightly), but depending on how "sugar addicted" you were to begin with, it can be a bit rough. I would describe the feeling as more like a mild hangover - just vaguely under-the-weather - but I've also heard of people getting headaches. Or it could just be you Either way, don't worry, it will pass.
Just make sure you're eating enough fat and adding a bit of salt to your food.
I have read that drinking some Boillon (not sure if I e spelt that right) can help with symptoms like that also make sure eating enough fat and adding salt into food.
