Here is what I had for lunch but there were fiddling with the internet this afternoon so I waited until they were finished. The photo shows the texture of the bread which's made with GF bread flour and ground red quinoa and you can see the sweet peppers nicely in this photo too, so I thought I'd show my lunch in the making.
Thanks Ali, you'd be good at bread making I'm sure. When I first started baking GF bread I would make rolls as they're easier.
You would probably want some Methylcellulose, which's a plant cellulose an egg replacer, to help bind it and with a nut milk you could make some amazing breads...😊
