I've always been against using cooking sauces as when you look at them the Nutritional Info the all look crazy in regards with amount of KCAL all the added sugar and sat fat.
BUT yesterday my partner bought (The attached).
When you look at the info on the back it actually doesn't look that bad.
Can maybe some people share their thoughts on using this?
Thanks in advance.

I like their curry pastes - I think most of them have no added sugar, and you have full control over what else you use to create the sauce. I don't often use the cook-in sauces, as I think the flavour from the paste is better as well.
Considering a curry is always eaten with a mountain of rice, I wouldn't worry about it. Personally I like a huge curry every couple of months. No big deal as long as you're not doing it every day.
But yeah, packaged sauces in general ... horrible things. The result is way better if you just make yer own. As Cooper27 said, Patak's pastes are a good compromise (well ... not even a compromise) when you're in a hurry.
