Glad I found this site! Have never thought to make a baked bean omelet. We raise some chickens, so always looking for ways to prepare/eat the eggs. Nice

Shogg - love your ideas - baked bean omelette sounds really different and going to try. Can you tell us approx. how much weight you have lost since you started eating so healthily ?

i,ve been under the dietitian since november and i,ve lost 10kg but its hard to move around as i,m on crutches and still waiting for an hip op

That's a very good weight loss though. Just ate baked bean omelette for breakfast. It was lovely and filling.
