Cooked something red as its go red for women today...❤️

I'm always up for supporting a good cause and go red for women was started in the US and is now becoming international:

I'm supporting it by eating something red and healthy, so here's my tea, Its baked tomato and baked potato with, rainbow chard, baby sweet peppers, chilli, mushrooms, fennel, onion and garlic + spices, in a coconut milk sauce so it's GF and vegan.

I hope everyone enjoys their Friday evening and is keeping healthy.
