I would really like recommendations of healthy snacks on the go that aren’t just fruit or yoghurt. Any ideas?

Nuts & seeds are easy to carry, high in protein & good fat as well as nutrients, & are low GI which means they keep you full longer. Dark chocolate with >70% cocoa solids is good.
If I go out for more than a few hours, I carry a small tub with a handful each of almonds, walnuts & brazils, about 75g, with about 25g mix of chia, linseeds, pumpkin or sunflower seeds (this supplies about 1/3 of my daily protein intake). Two pieces of dark chocolate, & if I can fit any in, & some dried fruit such as mango or pineapple. I also take an apple &/or a satsuma, & a bottle of filtered water. Fluid intake's especially important with dried seeds as they absorb a lot. Chia seeds are great for good omega 3 oil, & linseeds are a nutritious way to keep our digestive system "clean".
Do you have any allergies to certain foods?
I'd second nuts in little tubs, also Nakd bars are very portable and have a long shelf life, lots of different flavours. They are quite high in natural sugars from the dried fruit but no added ones. A hard boiled egg if you have a cool bag. 😀
What about popcorn? There is lot's of choice in premade stuff, I like coconut and vanilla. Or you could prepare your own, with salt or cinnamon.
